Isle of Skye, Scotland Elopement

Grace & Coulter reached out a few months ago and already knew they wanted to elope in Scotland. After learning more about them and their love for adventure and discovering new places, I knew that the Isle of Skye was the perfect elopement location for them.

As I pulled up to their Airbnb, I couldn’t help but feel in awe of what the day will bring. After driving 5 hours from Edinburgh through the mountains, lakes and lush greenery, this place is unlike anything I have ever seen. I walked up just as Grace was finishing her make up and Coulter was figuring out which shoes to bring. We captured their detail shots before doing their first look in a flower field just outside of their lodging before setting out to Old Man of Storr.

We hiked up the trail into the clouds and were greeted with thick mist and a mystical feeling in the air as we navigated through boulders and small fairy ponds. We then set out to their ceremony spot on the coast and captured a ceremony that I will never forget. It is elopements like these that truly fuel my passion and make me undying grateful to do what I do.
