Welcome to your Elopement Experience
Eloping is all aboutā¦
You two sharing your vows and committing your lives to one another- thatās big! Give yourselves the freedom to do whatever you want and go where you want on your wedding day. Let your day be solely about you two so you will have everlasting memories of a day completely custom to you.

Why Should you Elope?
Spend your wedding day stress-free from all the planning and drama that goes into a traditional wedding and actually enjoy your big day. Extend the trip into a honeymoon, go on fun excursions, visit multiple outdoor locations and still pay a third of the price of a traditional wedding. Are you feeling better about getting married now? Good! Eloping is the way to go then.
Want an Intimate Experience
The number one reason why my couples decide to elope is because they just simply never imagined having a big traditional wedding. When they picture their day it is just them two with some close friends and family by their side. Elopements give the couples the freedom to do what feels right for them on their wedding day. It empowers them to bring the focus of the day back to them and what a wedding truly is. Couples that elope tend to feel experiences are more important than material things; they rather spend their hard-earned money on an unforgettable experience than the costs of a venue and decor.
Family Issues
Another big reason couples elope is from having some family drama. Half of my couples decide to elope to avoid family drama and potential fights between them. Sometimes it is their relationship with their mom being on the fence or divorced parents that canāt be in the same room.
Couples that did not want a big wedding did not know how to tell their friends and family in fear of disappointing them; which is totally understandable. These days, couples are required to invite all of their friends and family to their wedding; itās all or nothing.
Value in Your Wedding
Most of my couples will say āI just canāt imagine spending all of that money on a partyā or āI rather go on a cool trip than waste money on a venueā. Couples that elope are not necessarily looking for the cheaper route, they are just looking to invest their money in an experience rather than material things.
There is a big notion that eloping is the cheaper option and that is why couples elope. Out of all of the elopements Iāve shot and all of the couples Iāve spoken to- I have yet to hear that is the reason.
Getting married in Hawaii on the top of a mountain, after zip-lining through the forest, having a beach picnic and adopting a dog for a day sounds way more appealing than hosting an event at a venue with 200 guests. It is all about how the couple chooses to invest their money for their day.

āWhere do we even start?ā
Step 1. Pat Yourselves on the Back!
You have decided to throw tradition out the window and actually enjoy your wedding day- props for doing so!
You can incorporate as much or as little tradition as you want on your elopement: invite guests, do a first dance, walk down the āaisleā, etc.
You can also invite guests to witness your ceremony and then join them in a celebratory meal afterwards!
There are so many possibilities to your day and itās all about figuring out how you want to spend it.
Step 2. Decide Where & When
Go on a date night with your significant other and think of all the possibilities of where you can get married! Is it in the country? Are you in front of a raging waterfall? Are you in the snow with snowy mountains in the background with close family and friends?
Not sure where you want to go? No worries- thatās what Iām here for!
Once you book with me I will send an Elopement Day Questionnaire to get to know you both a bit more and figure out what type of landscape you both like, any type of activities/excursions you may want to do and when the best time to go is.
