The Process
Make it how you want it!
Contrary to popular belief - you don’t have to conform to the norms when it comes to your wedding. You can completely customize it to how you want to spend the day and what feels right to you.
In fact, the big trend of 2024 is getting away from a lot of traditions and making the day catered to who the bride and groom are as a couple.
Follow your heart and stick to what you two want for your wedding. You will have the best experience this way and planning won’t be as stressful. I am here to help you come up with ideas for your wedding day that feel like you.How to Book
Our first step is to hop on a phone call and talk about what you have planned for your wedding day. Don’t worry if you don’t have much planned- that’s the best time to start with me.
If you decide to work with me then I will send over a contract to secure your date. Once you have paid your deposit and signed the contract then you will officially be booked and then we can start planning!Leading up to your big day
If you book an engagement session with me then I will help you pick out the perfect location for you that fits your wedding theme and/or style. Engagement photos take about a week to turn around and are perfect for Save the Dates and displaying on your wedding website and wedding decor.
I will help you find local vendors for whatever you need such as florists, hair and make0up artists, photo booths, videographers, caterers, decor and other rentals.
About 2-3 months out from your wedding we will start to build and detail your wedding day timeline to ensure everything you want captured is covered. I provide unlimited phone consultations for any questions you may have.Wedding Day!
It’s the big day! All you have to do is relax and enjoy every moment of your day. I will be there to capture it all. I will capture candid moments, posed shots and everything from the smallest detail to the biggest moments. With over 6 years of experience, you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Now What?
After your wedding day it takes two weeks to receive your full online gallery. You can share the link to your friends and family to view and download.
Once you recieve your online gallery, you will be able to choose 34 of your favorite images for your photo album. I will help you design your album and give you the proof before getting it made and shipped right to you!

I am with you all day to tell the story of your day! Usually we plan 8 hours and that covers everything from getting ready photos to the end of your reception events. Every wedding is just as unique as the couple so your day will be completely customized to you two. This package also comes with another lead photographer. You will also get a complimentary engagement session; perfect for Save the Dates, your wedding website and displayed at your wedding.
Timeline and Planning Assistance
I will assist you with planning your wedding including: finding local vendors (florists, photo booth, caterers, rentals, etc.), custom designed timeline & ways to make your wedding day unique and catered to you two.
All your photos + complimentary album design
You will receive your full gallery of edited, retouched and high resolution images within 2 weeks of your wedding date. Your online gallery allows unlimited downloads (straight to phone or computer) and is shareable if you want to send to friends and family. I will also help you design your photo album of all your favorite images of the day. Your video package can be customized and will be delivered within 10 weeks.

FAQs
We don’t know where to start, how does it work?
Our first step is to hop on a phone call! Our phone consultation will cover my services which include: helping you build your timeline, find local vendors, come up with creative ideas for your wedding and of course my approach with how I capture wedding days. If you decide to move forward then I will send my contract for you to sign and once done then you are fully booked! Once you are booked then we can start the planning process and I will be with you every step of the way with unlimited phone consultations.
We’re terrible and award in front of the camera- will you help pose us?
Yes! Trust me, I hear this 99.99% of the time. My posing style is all natural and all about you two being in the moment and having fun. While we will get those killer posed shots that will leave you speechless, we will also capture candid shots throughout the day.
Do you shoot engagement photos?
Absolutely! Having an engagement session is a great way for us to connect and for you to experience how I shoot; making you feel even more comfortable on your wedding day. Engagement photos are also great for Save the Dates and for display on your wedding website and wedding decor.
Do we need to give you a shot list?
A shot list is not necessary as I will cover the entire day! As an experienced wedding photographer of 6+ years, I can anticipate each shot and moment as the day progresses. During our consultations I will get to know you two and find out if there are specific shots to capture.
How far in advance should we book you? What’s the process like?
Weddings are typically booked 8-11 months in advance. Once a couple books their wedding venue, their photographer and videographer is next to secure.
A deposit/retainer is due upon signing the contract to lock in your wedding date. The remainder will not be due until 1 month prior to your wedding. I will send an electronic invoice and friendly reminders are sent letting you know when payment is coming up!
Filling out the contact form is your first step! After I receive your inquiry I will reach out within 48 hours and we will set up a phone call to talk about your wedding day.How many photos do we get?
For all day weddings you will receive a minimum of 400 final images; half day will receive a minimum of 300. I always provide all of the photos that turn out. The photos that are not delivered either are a duplicate, blurry or have something obstructing. All images are fully edited and fully sized; whether you want to blow up a photo on a canvas or just post it to Instagram, it will be good for both.
